Power Drain/Power Sink powers should deal Minor Damage

Minor Energy Damage or DoT. And being able to be slotted for PBAoE damage. Because all similar powers have this option (Radiation Therapy, Dark Regeneration, Consume (Fire), DNA Siphon). This way Power Drain or Sink would become able to be slotted for Obliteration, Scirocco Dervish, Eradication & Perfect Singer PROC's and become mini-nukes. Just like similar powers could be. And yeah, Energy Absorption (Ice) too.

 

They Taunt on Brute/Tanker anyway, why not damage?

No. With damage comes tohit checks, and being able to reliably fill up your end bar is far more valuable than any piddling damage.

Exactly, I much prefer to have auto hit abilities stay auto hit abilities.

I generally need more than "I want to slot more stuff in there" as a reason for change, tbh. Want more slotting options, look at the sets available and come up with something useful that's missing or gives a new and interesting option.
