Exploration badge hunting! I was meaning to do so before the patch rolled in proper, but never got around to it.

How do you know for sure that it is the release day ?
Has it been announced in game today, with the maintenance shutdown ?

 

I don’t know whether I’ll go check the new badges or try to get through the base interface to add new beacons and portals.

Probably badges first.

High suspicion. Jimmy? said at shutdown that it wasnt winter event, and some dot dot dot.

 

Since we were at rc2 status, seems reasonable for it to hit.

Six slot Annihilation into Touch of Fear. My badger is currently working through the Ouroboros challenge badges so new exploration will have to wait. I haven't decided if I'll recreate my WP/EM tanker from live.

I will give thanks that painting Troll’s blood over the Dark Melee doorpost to keep the Angel of Reversion away actually worked.

Ok, so. I can either take and no-slot blazing aura, or take and 2 slot fiery embrace (50% uptime).

 

It is either or. Which do  you recommend? fa/dm/soul tank

I might dabble in a Sonic Manipulation or Ninja Training Blaster. But honestly the main thing I will do is respec into Teleportation and Fold Space on my Elec/Energy Sentinel. 

 

I am intrigued by Energy Melee though - but not sure if I'd go Stalker or Brute and I don't have the slightest clue on armor so that's a nascent idea at best.

I did. excelsior. I pushed print screen, and got a screen back that had just the regular login with my name, no popup. Probably because i run fullscreen and couldnt use snipit to grab the little window with my name in green
