Does anyone have any details on how to gain the Praetorian Tourist Badge?

You need to complete a Praetorian Flashback mission.

 

In order to do so you need to access that Pillar of Ice and Flame. Your Supergroup may have it, otherwise you have to go to Ouroboros. Your character must be level 15+ to use the Ouro portal, if I am not mistaken.

Also, if your character level is too low, Praetorian story arc may not be available yet.

 

Select the Pillar then complete any Praetorian story arc (eg. Marauder's Joining the Pack)

Nope, you can get to Ouro at level 1.  Issues 27 change

I chose the "Sacrifices Must Be Made" Arc - Level 15 - 19 

 

3 Missions, I completed it in under 20 minutes.
