cant logon in game client missing last chracter in name at limit of 14

i made a account with such 14 chracters  just fine, then when i goto game account to register i cannot cause it exceeds 14 letters and now email is locked and cant make another..

Fastest work around is to set up another free email account... and then change this profile to use that dummy email account.

 

That will free up your main email account for use on a new forum/server account.

Once you edit THIS profile to use a different email address... you'll be able to use this email address to make a new account
