I am creating a new hero so I'm not concerned about retrieving a high level character. Not sure what I am doing wrong here. Marine X Posted May 21, 2021 Share Posted May 21, 2021 (edited) If you are logged into the forums with the 2nd account, verify that it is showing your 2nd account user name at the upper right side of menu and verify spelling, it cannot be the same as your 1st account. If it is correct go to the Account tab at the top of this screen and select " Game Account ", enter a new password there and document it. It may just be that it was mistyped when you entered it.
