Respec a single power

Would love the option to respec only a single power, instead of replacing all of them.

I will give 100% of my support to any suggestions involving improving the respec process. I think it may even by the single biggest time-saving QoL change the game could potentially have.. the new Mids feature on the Beta server is proof.

Yeah, respeccing needs a rework. There have been a *lot* of suggestions on ways to do it (even just "free un/redo of the last power/slots placed" seems popular.) "Respec any one power at any time" would probably be more techncially challenging (just because of things like pool dependencies for prior powers and the like,) but ... yeah. Respeccing needs a look.

Not having to rebuild entirely every time, and reslot all IOs every single time, would be such a time-saver .... so much frustration and mis-click potential!

Would be nice, if respec operated like MIDs, would help make it less error prone, and would make it less susceptible to issues such as not fully trained when respeccing

To much clicking goes into respecing. I got bad tendinitis so I tend not to make other toons for this reason. I would absolutely love a better way to respec powers/slots.
