Forced to download test server.

So I don't know who can look into this; Is there any way to not force the test server on us? I can't launch the game because Tequila won't let me launch Homecoming while it sits here and downloads the test server @60kbs. Could the test server be put on a separate manifest that people can add at their own leisure?

Double click the word Homecoming at the top. ;)
