LotG 7.5% Global not working

I login my level 25 illusion and radiation controller and was setting up my monitor for power such a stealth, recharge etc. and I noticed that the global re-charge from my Luck of the Gambler 7.5% was not showing in the recharge section. Other globals are working as I am seeing my Miracle +recovery and my Numina +regen/recovery. I then started a Synapse TF and still it did not show under recharge. My LotG is level 26 but global recharge is not effected by level so therefore I’m assuming it is bugged.

What was it slotted into? Because Synapase is lvl 20, which means you have lvl 25 abilities available where if the LOTG was in an ability that you took at lvl 26 it wouldnt be available. You only get the bonuses in available abilities.

That's not actually true. Greyed out powers still give bonuses so long as the enhancement levels aren't more than three levels above the level you're exemped to. But as the minimum level on lotg is 25 it will only work starting at 22 even attuned.

Started Synapse AFTER I noticed it was not displaying. I started the TF to check if that fix it. When I quit TT it still was not showing.

So having it not work during Synapse is WAI but having it not work the rest of the time does sound like a bug.

 

Basic troubleshooting: confirm you aren't sidekicked or exemplared, log out and log back in. Is it still not working?

Just logged in and NOW it shows in the Recharge section. I’m not a newb and it definitely wasn’t showing yesterday AM. No I wasn’t sidekicked etc... Odd, will continue to monitor it.
