I did Flames of Hate, as a thug/thermal he is a corrupt politician whos uses the thugs in civil unrest situations while instigating the populace into reform bills that cater to his agenda.

Any law enforcement opposition is of course labeled as brutality by him against the PPD, any civilians hurt or businesses burned down are "unfortunate" casualties while people express themselves aka thugs destroying everything.

So I've been lurking on the forums ever since coming back to homecoming, not really posting, but you guys inspired me to try and make a blue side thugs MM. Samaritan V is half-suicide squad inspired, half Citizen V, taking incognito criminals and making them look like he's rallying people around him to fight the good fight for Paragon. He does use bubbles to somewhat improve their chance of surviving? Or at least his.
