Rezarfox Posted August 27, 2021 Posted August 27, 2021 Plz fix the rubber banding and hic ups. Its hard to do things when you are run up to an enemy to fight and suddenly you back at the start of the map in the mission.
Marine X Posted August 27, 2021 Posted August 27, 2021 Those sorts of issues are typically client side, usually not server based, or we would all be experiencing them, which we are not. There are several good threads in Help and Support that cover most of the easy fixes. Below are a few I found with a quick search. Easiest is step 1, power off your Modem and router, power them back on, see if it helps. Triumphant Posted August 27, 2021 Posted August 27, 2021 I've never experienced rubberbanding in the two years that I've played the game. It's most likely on your end, I'm afraid.
Sovera Posted August 27, 2021 Posted August 27, 2021 Yes, of course, now that you have asked for it they will apply a quick patch they had but were holding back from us. 👍 1 - Simple guide for newcomers. - Money making included among other things. - Tanker Fire Armor: the Turtle, the Allrounder, the Dragon, and compilation of Fire Armor builds. - Tanker Stone Armor: beginner friendly (near) immortal Tanker for leveling/end-game and Stone Armor framework. - Brute Rad/Stone and compilation of Brute Stone Armor builds.
Zhym Posted August 27, 2021 Posted August 27, 2021 (edited) I almost never get rubber banded anymore, but when I do, it’s kind of nostalgic—there’s nothing else that quite replicates the classic Live experience. Seriously, though: rubber banding is the result of network lag. It’s your system realizing that where it thinks you are isn’t where the server thinks you are, and the server is always right. So the problem is always something network related, either on your LAN/WAN, with your ISP’s connection, or (very very rarely) something in between. It’s possible that something on the hosting network could cause it, but if so it would happen to everyone and probably cause lots of other problems, too. Edited August 27, 2021 by Zhym
