Game isn't acknowledging that I have an account.

I created an account here on Homecoming in order to play City of Heroes.  Homecoming acknowledges that I have an account but when I try to sign in, the game says that my game login is incorrect.  What's the issue here?

Did you create a game account too? The forum account is a prerequisite but it's not itself the game login.

After you create your Homecoming forum account, you have to create a game account as well.

According to that I already have created a game account.  It will only allow me to change the password on that account and according to that, the game login is identical to the one I'm trying to use to gain access to the game.
