Need Beam/Time Help

I remember making one of these in week 1 but i hardly played it after 50 even though i love time. Lost the build anyway. Pretty sure there was some mention of a way to change beam sound effx somewhere here on the forums but i have no clue where it is. Some searching might be required. Theres literally an infinite way to build stuff and you haven't mentioned what powers you want/what playstyle you use. Do you wanna range/hover blast with single target stuff only? Do you wanna jump into melee and chuck out end of time and the odd melee attack? I like cutting beam but thats usually the first power i see dropped in other players builds. Anyway i'll throw this on, not sure about how necessary time stop/time shift are now or even if theres enough end to throw out all the attacks without blue bar vanishing:

Yes, you can change the SFX of Beam Rifle.

Here's a huge repository of sound mods mostly by Solarverse. Thanks to him, Beam Rifle has stopped sounding like grating a guitar and has been an utter joy to play.

Hi, sorry, yes I am thinking of a fully ranged/hover build focused on single target damage.
