Mostly.  Putting a taunt aura in the mez protection seems like poor in-set synergy with a set that also gives you (partial) Stealth.

As I understand it, the Taunt suppresses when your Stealth is active.  Once enemies notice you, then the Taunt takes effect.

I've got it on a scrapper, and the stealth is pitiful. Might as well not even be there.
