Lvl 15 EB in lvl 8 Posi 1 TF

I was running a Posi1 TF with 2 friends just now, and Doc Buzzsaw was at level 15 while we were locked at level 8 due to starting that low. We hadn't added anything to the difficulty. We abandoned the TF as there was no way we could manage to kill that. In an earlier mission of the same TF, Rollister spawned as level 10 despite everything else on the map spawning as level 8.

The mob probably has a internal flag which reads something like level 10-15 so when the TF was changed to allow level 8s to participate it didnt have a true value to align to so set to the default of the TF.

That happened to us a few days ago.  I wasn't sure if it was a bug or not at the time.  And then when we tried to run it again the doppelgangers spawned all weird with doubles of some characters and none of the others.  Needless to say, we didn't complete Posi that day.

We just encountered this. Lowest level player at the start was 9, team was locked to level 9, The vahzilok elite boss was level 15 and unbeatable.

So yeah, looks pretty much like if the TF is set under its old bottom limit that mob defaults to its high value. Will be an easy fix, just need someone on it.

So if a level 8 group does Posi's Rule of Three, the EB will be lvl 15, but if a lvl 12 group does Posi, he will be lvl 12?

 

And that's before factoring in Notoriety, right? And it's the team leader's lvl and Notoriety that set it?
