Here is my take on Ill/TA. Been fun levelling this toon so far. Neat synergy with the powerset combo. This build focused on two things, recharge and being a proc monster. Defences are much lighter than I usually build for but I'm figuring the control, debuffs and staying at range generally should be sufficient. But I hit perma hasten and am so near perma PA it's practically there. Went with the fire epic pool for thematic reasons. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks!

This is what I am running ATM and I am doing 4/8 with it.

This is with Agility on.. 

It should come up, but it has afterburner in the build from an old version of MIDS..

With Agility you are range cap

4 seconds off perma.

S/L is almost capped at 74.27 

I like the range cap because it affords me some protection when I am moving in on a group and when runners try to hit me from afar ( those cowards)

 

I had Psi but it was just lack luster so respeced into this.

More of an FYI, but Flash Arrow is autohit in PVE. This allows you to slot Dark Watcher's Despair or Dampened Spirits if you want to max out the tohit debuff. I find this useful since half the debuff ignores resistance (AVs normally resist tohit debuffs). 

 

If you're going to devote that many slots to Tactics, recommend adding 1 more and slotting the Gaussian set for the build-up proc and the 6-piece defense bonus.

 

Oil Slick Arrow is autohit and doesn't require accuracy.

 

The controller/corruptor version of EMP Arrow is currently bugged and only has the ally buff (no enemy debuff or hold).

I did some tinkering and came up with this. Doesn't quite make it to perma hasten but it's pretty close. In exchange it is at the ranged def softcap while retaining proc damage potential in blind and ice arrow. I changed up fireball to be more effective as well. I also am not using the agility alpha as from my understanding that reduces proc chances. Musculature radial helps me max out damage, get a bit more endurance recovery and adds that bit extra -to hit. I think with ageless giving me that extra rech bump, I can have perma PA during incarnate content.

 

Anyways, here's what I came up with. Now time to stop obsessing over mids for the day.

If you're going to devote that many slots to Tactics, recommend adding 1 more and slotting the Gaussian set for the build-up proc and the 6-piece defense bonus.

 

Oil Slick Arrow is autohit and doesn't require accuracy.

 

The controller/corruptor version of EMP Arrow is currently bugged and only has the ally buff (no enemy debuff or hold).

I am pretty sure Mastermind EMP is broken as well
