kwsapphire Posted October 26, 2021 Posted October 26, 2021 (edited) Whenever I right click on the screen without moving the mouse/camera, I get the error "Unknown command: rotate" I dunno how or when I created this problem, but I don't think I had this issue forever in the live game. Maybe just towards the end, which probably means I did something and it's my fault. When I right click on an NPC or player, I get this error. (I can still interact with the menu that pops open.) If I right click anywhere on the screen and DON't move the mouse, I get this error. If I move the mouse and rotate the camera, I do not get the error. I tried binding right-click to another function, and then back to rotate. Same issue. I'd like to keep my right mouse button as the camera-look, and not assign this to another button or key. But it would also be great if I could stop getting this error. Am I out of luck? Edited October 26, 2021 by kwsapphire
BillyMailman Posted October 26, 2021 Posted October 26, 2021 The /unbind command resets a given button to default, so /unbind rbutton should fix it. But also, 'rotate' isn't a command. Per https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/List_of_Slash_Commands there's no such thing. And per https://hcwiki.cityofheroes.dev/wiki/Default_Key_Bindings, the default for rbutton is '+mouse_look'. 1 Pinnacle refugee. Powers and math guy.
kwsapphire Posted October 26, 2021 Author Posted October 26, 2021 Hmm. I wonder if it's just something in my keybind file, then. I will dig through it. Thanks so much!!
