Make the double click to move in base editing an on/off ability

I know this is a niche request, but when base editing, I would like the ability to shut off the "double click to teleport to a spot" thing. This inadvertently causes lots of issues while editing and is very frustrating. Just let us turn it off. It would be a real quality of life improvement for us base geeks. Thanks!
