Water/Elec Build PLEASE

I have spent a couple of hours trying to compose a build for Water/Elec Sentinel (finally deciding to make one) and am completly flustered with building a top of the line no inf retriction OP build. If anyone can build me a top tier build who knows Sentinels please help!

It's not a glorious effort, but it's more than you put in. Use it or don't. It's more focused on offense than defense.

• ATOs are in aoe abilities because they give a bigger return the more targets hit.
• Kind of balanced the defenses, you can eek out more S/L if you use more Unbreakable Guard sets instead of Reactive Armor.
• Since it uses Hover I skipped Grounded and subbed in BotZ and Karma KB protections.
• Several of your powers have defense debuff baked in, so you should largely be accuracy capped up to +3.
• Most Water powers can be frankenslotted so they are, but this makes them very end hungry. Keep Energize up.

Thank you so much!!!! I think it is great, I was worried this lack of AoE damage would be an issue but it looks like you have cleared that up with some ATO's. I also love how you slotted Dehydrate, very unique and I couldn't come up with that combo! I might swap out Fly since Karma on Hover seems to do enough KB Protection, and pick it up for a more viable TP. Thank you again so much for taking the time to build one.
