Hybrid for Illusion/Darkness Affinity

I can't decide on a Hybrid Incarnate for my Illusion/Darkness Affinity Controller.  Does the Assault Radial Hybrid work on the pets?  Would either of the Control Hybrid Incarnate be "better?"  It doesn't feel like it would, because outside of Blind, Deceive, and Spectral Terror, there honestly isn't a lot of "controlling" going on with Illusion.

Assault will work on Phantasm (as well as Spectral Terror and Dark Servant, but neither does much in the way of damage). I don't know if Radial will have a chance to proc on Phantom Army damage. Normally Phantom Army ignores external buffs. Control Core will proc damage on confused and terrorized foes (in addition to held, slept, immobilized and stunned), but the amount of damage is pretty small. I don't think Control Radial is particularly useful. My recommendation would be Support Radial. It's a league-wide buff to damage, defense, healing and accuracy, plus it gives you an auto endurance discount.
