LikeRacerX Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 I don't know if this is possible or not, but a conversation elsewhere made me realize how wild NPC sizes can be sometimes. How you'll walk past a pedestrian, and your supposedly 6'3 character is staring at their chest. It could be interesting if there were some sort of way to regulate NPC height, at least for the civilians. You know, the Council Gunner can be massive, but should Reggie at the bank?
Greycat Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 WHy shouldn't Reggie be? He works out frequently. (That said, sizes in this game are ... questionable at best, as far as scale. There are times I think things were just slapped in... like som eof the SG tables that not only can you not sit in, but that would make the most massive character look like a 3 year old sitting at the grownups table.) 1 Kheldian Lore and Backstory Guide 2.0: HC edition Out to EAT : A look at Epic ATs - what is, could have been, and never was Want 20 merits? Akisan Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Hey, we don't run around in capes and spandex all the time, Reggie could be one of us working his dayjob (or perhaps a council gunner infiltrating the bank for a later op). I'm not saying he is, or isn't, but that's kind of the point - if the NPCs come in all shapes and sizes, then it's easier for the largest (and smallest) of us to blend in when we're not "on duty". 2
Ashington Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Some civillians like to work out, or grew up on a farm... 2
A Cat Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 There does seem to be a pretty tall average height. Little did we know our city was founded by Scandinavian settlers back in the day. 1
TheZag Posted December 1, 2021 Posted December 1, 2021 Fix everyone being giants by subtracting 2 from each number on the height measurement at character creation. As for the massive tables and tiny cars, you are on your own. 1
