Tequila.exe infected with IDP Generic?

No, but you want to ditch Tequila and download the Homecoming launcher.  It just works more smoothly IMO.

"IDP Generic" isn't really a thing. It's more of a "we are concerned about this" generic warning.
Considering Tequila downloads and installs another programs, yes anti-virus programs usually freak out about that kind of thing.

Tequila itself is fine, but outdated. Just always be absolutely sure to only use manifests from sources you trust.

But yes the new launcher is much better.
