Damage Display Issue

I have been trying to figure this issue out for a while now, but can't find the setting.  I made an EM/Stone stalker in mids and noticed that the displayed damage numbers seem off.  For example, here is energy transfer slotted with makos bite:



If I open a fresh mids and just pick energy transfer and slot it with makos bite I get the following, which seems more reasonable.



Im sure this must be a setting somewhere that i must have accidentally checked, but I can't find it.  I have tried changing the damage view from damage per activation, to damage per second, to damage per animation and back.  I have tried clicking all the three options in "chance of damage" area of the effects and maths and that didn't seem to fix it either.


Any help would be appreciated.

I noticed this was happening to all my stone armor stalker builds. I think I figured it out. Brimstone armor is messing with something. If I remove the power (not just toggle it off) the damage value start acting normal again.
