Has any tried out the improved sleep powers with Trick Arrow: Poison Gas Arrow?

I am just tossing ideas around in my head.

 

Has any tried building with the idea of stacking the now auto hit sleep powers with secondary sleep powers like PGA?

To answer my own question. How about this build? Earth/Trick Arrow.

 

Lots of procs.

Lots of -defense, so the procs land

Double sleep with PSA and Salt Crystals

Flash Arrow will allow me to get into PBAOE for the Salt Crystals alpha strike

Combined ~33% toHit debuff between Flash Arrow and Earthquake

 

Questions:

Is it worth to proc Earthquake and Volcanic Gases that much? Instead of recharge

Is not taking Stalagmites too weird? It's the only control I cannot stack with another power and does not proc that well

 

Having some issues with MIDS short forum export, so it's only the data chunk.
