to have them be always on (with auto-activate)?

I seem to remember only using two SO's to get /SR perma

2 SOs. At 50, prob 1 IO with external recharge.

Ann Atomic - Radiation/Super Strength Tank

Elecutrix - Electric Blast/Super Reflexes Sentinel

Ramayael - Titan Weapons/Bio Scrapper

C'len - Spines/Bio Brute
