You do possibly lose out on the Leadership Pool though. Put the Damage Proc in Bone Smasher over Energy Transfer. Think ET would give more ST DPS with it, but I like having it in BS when exempt. Capped S/L Resist with Softcapped F/C/E/N Defense. Not yet 50, but lots of the IOs. Loving it! I went into Mids Options, Effects and Maths, under Suppression, I checked off Attacked. Stealth is now showing only +2.95% defense. 2

Trust me, I'm a defense seeking hound. I went into Mids Options, Effects and Maths, under Suppression, I checked off Attacked. Stealth is now showing only +2.95% defense. Did a double check in game as well after I saw it. So, looks like Maneuvers gives the slightly higher defense, but does lose the stealth aspect which is handy. Weird, as I tested it in game and it seemed to do what I thought, in the combat window, but now...no. Oh well. Build is still being fun though. 🙂 Can't wait to get it to 50 to get it fully tested out. 1
