So this is my first attempt at a farming brute. Someone who I've seen reliably farm sent me his build, and this is based off of it. So unfortunately and questions of "why did you pick x instead of y" will be met with "because the other guy's build was that way." Sorry. You have to start somewhere, I guess.

 

The survivability is good so far but I've been testing it very modestly - first with +0x1, then +1x1, then +2x2, etc. I'm not sure if I'll be able to do +4x8 with these bargain bin enhancements.

 

Endurance seems to be an issue, though. I find that blue bar starting to run out before Consume comes back up. I thought that Superior Conditioning would help with that, but apparently not (or at least, not enough). Maybe I should have put recharge reducers in Consume instead? Any tips would be appreciated.

Ageless Destiny, once unlocked, will fix all your end woes.

 

You're also missing two (not really bank buster) uniques:  Steadfast Protection 3% Def. & Gladiator's Armor 3% Def.  Those will get you *almost* to the soft cap for Fire defense (44.66%).

There is also a budget version in the guide section as well. Granted, it is for Spines/fire, but it would give you enough of an idea of how to do it cheaply. I use a variation or exact copy of the listed fastest one for Rad/fire, but it isn't cheap. I was doing +2/x8 on level 25 commons, so that should give you a base line of what to expect. End was a mild issue until Incarnates. You ideally want capped Def/Res for Fire. Go Recharge after that.
