Looking for Rad/Fire non farm build

[Mr. Apocalypse]

I know Rad/fire is used mostly as a AE Farmer and I plan on using it for that later. However right now I am looking for a build that can grow with me to level 50. I am currently level 30, and want to do content with this toon. I plan on doing a dual build with this toon later and already have some farm builds to work with for when that time comes. But for right now, I don't want a one trick pony.

I think what I should rally be looking for is some guides to both Rad melee, and fire Armor seperatley and come up with something that works for me while leveling.

 

If that turns out to be a bust, Then I will just door sit to get my dual build to 50 then populate both builds using my MM to farm out the IOs.

 

i'll give this one a try on the Beta server, and see how I like it.

I see there is a fairly stout number wise build at the end of the post you listed. i also see that fusion was not picked in that build. My understanding is that it is a much needed component of a rad melee build. what would be the logic behind not picking it.

I can dig up a build once I get to my computer;

 

Capped S/L, softcap defenses, should function well for majority of content. I think about normal stuff as being survivable, since your damage is really high for AoE due to burn, IG, Atom, and patron aoe
