The P2W run power END costs

I thought they changed them to, like, suppress the cost while in combat (and it's speed suppressed).  I came back to my beasty Stalker with Beast Run and I still can't use it in combat T_T

 

Did I just mistake the changes made to travel?

You are mistaken. There is no Endurance cost suppression.

Not even an effects suppression? Or was there another power added?

This might be the patch notes you're thinking of.

Pretty sure that what you want though, is to go to a tailor and change your stance to the beast run.

Ok that might be what it is and I just somehow blended it with other unrelated changes.
