Level 7, with a phone call I level to 8. What should I do with it?

Completed the Habsbyby arc in Atlas.  When I call him I will level to 8.  I have to be outside to call him.

 

I'm logged off.  How should I use my leveling buffs when I log in?

The door for his last mish is always in the same spot, right? The lvl up insps should last long enough that you could run over to Argosy Industrial and herd up a group of lvl 6s for some easy xp. A giant herd of green cons still give decent rewards at that low of a lvl.

Go to Perez Park and call from there. Immediately beat up as many Hellion bosses as you can until the inspirations wear off. Don't worry about the minions and LTs, just go for the bosses. NOTE: Be sure to slot some lvl 10 DMG SOs to really take advantage of this.

Maybe Dual Blades or Claws choosing appropriate looking weapons for them (big sewing needles)0.  Either that or any/any and make it a totally visual theme character via costume.
