Elec/Elec/ Mu Mastery

Hey everyone so this is a build I used as a temporary S/L farmer before I got my fire farmer going.
How would you rebuild this for normal game content and or epic content or whatever they called I forget the name? 

I'd like to stick with Mu mastery. I like elec for all 3.

Currently when I play with him in normal content I notice I have energy issues.

My focus on the build was high damage so in my mind his damage is high but im no expert at brutes so maybe i'm wrong.

He will be for teams not solo.

You've got some odd slotting, ranged defence bonuses from mako's ( 5 makes sense it gets you s/l res) , 5 slotting oblit gets you recharge but you should throw in the 6th piece in jacobs for the s/l def too. You have an end/rech piece in an auto power (grounded) which does less than 0 for you, the steadfast is a much better piece to throw in there. Combat Jump could be slotted a little better, not sure why its got def/end pieces in. You shouldn't ever have end issues on /elec with energise (you want that as close to perma as you can) and you have power sink on top of that. 4 slotted ball lighting, when 5 bits would of got more recharge. Old mids. Old build but its what i still have i think, i run elec/elec tank and brute and scrap but only the tank gets played anymore due to the superior AT sets. I'm not happy with the build just looking at it now, agility forced pick to hit some s/l def, no gaussians in bu, no ff in lightning rod but it does squeeze in the 3 mu powers, its hard to drop any when you don't have much st stuff in elec primary and you want to keep the immob and aoe. On the plus side its perma hasten and 1 thunderstrike gets you perma energise. Resists are what they are, its a brute it'll never hit tanker numbers or get anywhere near them.
