I am always asked a lot in game or in DMs here on the boards about my take on various Mastermind...unhealthy amount of asking, lol. So here ya'll go. BE AWARE, THESE ARE MADE IN 2022. THERE HAS BEEN CHANGES. BUT IT'S STILL GOOD JUMPING OFF POINT.

Do you have a google drive link that has all builds in a single zip?

Or perhaps ... can you do a single zip file of ALL YOUR BUILDS, literally compress your COH Build Folder for Mids Reborn and share it with us plz

Recently had a lot of folks asking me about MMs again. This just a friendly bump to give them a jumping off point.

While this a good resource for those learning, These are like 2 years old & changes have happened since then.

with all the changes and it being some oh... 10ish years sense I ran a mastermind(was necro/dark back in live) what is a good start up/solo/farming mastermind build that works with todays changes on homecoming?

Input form anyone is welcome... just have always loved the AT

That all depends.

Solo: Robots & Mercs are sturdy. Have good CC, Damage, & Toughness. Especially with new Drone and Upgrade to Serum to effect all Mercs.

Duo+ Thugs. Thugs will buff Thugs. So if you get say 8 Thug MMs together, all Enforcers will buff all Thugs. So that's 16 Stacks of Enforcer Buffs & 8 Stacks of MM Leadership buffs Power Pool.

Reason I say Robots/Mercs. They are not hard to learn, they are not melee(well Medic is stupid, likes to rifle butt everything). As for Secondaries, Forcefield, Thermal, Dark Miasma, & Trick Arrow are good options for those 4.

If your experience with MMs in general. Then look into Undead, Beasts, Ninjas. They are very focus fire heavy. Mean, pick a target, hit your attack button, rinse repeat. (Though Undead with right buffs / debuffs can get away with more skirmish fighting)

As for Thug's solo. They are the probably most complicated, when it comes to making sure shit works right. You got your Mini Brute(Bruiser). You got Enforcer with their AoE & Buffs, You got 2 Gangers & Firebug. Problem here, Firebug aka Pyro. He draws so much aggro and can't take the hits. So you'll be babying his ass a lot. The set is a mix of Melee & Ranged.

I really wish that a list like this, including the download links, existed for all of the other archetypes. Scraping through the forums takes too much time, and I think we can all agree that we'd rather get the quick answer we seek and get back to kicking ass in-game than slog through threads online. And yes, I know the list is from 2022, but it's still a great jumping-off point for new players or returning ones.

I have a mid-30s Necro/Cold and was wondering if the build you posted for this combo is end-game or if it's a basic leveling build geared towards defense? And, is it more important for this combo to go after 1. Defense, 2. Recharge then 3. Damage?
