most origin-specific stores blue, red, gold-side will only sell SOs in increments of 5, so either 30 or 35. If you're specifically looking for exactly L32 SOs, you can buy 3 30s, slot one and use the other two to update it twice. that's the sure-fire way. the long way is to go do missions and make sure your level + notoriety settings add up to 32. beat down on polks and wait for SOs to drop.

If you really have to have Level 32 ones then you can buy them off the Auction House.

 

Just looking at Tech Single Origin for Accuracy they seem expensive for level 32 ones, level 31 or 33 seem cheaper.
