Quick note on Dr. Weber and Firewire. I tend to choose Dr. Weber for 3 reasons:

1) his 2nd missions coincides with Kalinda's 3rd so it's more convenient.
2) heading to him, the Tiki Fan badge is on the way (again, convenient)
3) Having a Devolved while solo is a better choice for me than 2 Skulls in Harris' final mission.
4th, but not a big deal, is you get to kill longbow which adds up to the 1k you'll need later in Nerva

Also, in Harris' final mission, don't kill Harris when you're presented with the choice. Killing him sometimes throws off the Pillar mission for Firewire. Same if you choose Firewire instead of Dr. Weber, don't kill him otherwise Harris may glitch. Just something I've noticed from countless runs redside.

Also for Cap, I tend to prioritise Marshal Brass and get him done as soon as possible to unlock Operative Wellman (capped at 19), who's got a pretty enjoyable arc.
Besides, Ruben and Hammond can be done after level 20 as long as you've established contact before then.

Edit:
Just remembered another tip.
On Seer Marino's arc. the third mission is known to have a marker bug. One way around it is after the 2nd mission, exit the Arachnos building (so you're out in the street) before you call Marino. (the building is probably wire-tapped haha).

And a minor tip for Ruben's arc. For the first mission where you have to mingle with the other villains, all you need to do is talk to Martial Gloom then head to the door and wait a bit until you're called in by Zukor. No need to shmooze the other buggers.

Oh crap, I forgot Wellman! Thanks Six-Six!

Those are all good tips and advice. Thanks for that input!

I like Fire Wire of Weber because he's standing right there when you exit Kuzmin's final mission. Mongoose gives a mission at Larry's Tiki Lounge, which of course, is a great time to pick up the badge right outside the door there.

Now that you mention it, since we're doing Pillar misions, I always make it a point to do these three things on all of my toons (which are all red):

1) Run Recluse's Victory once for the free Arachnos Mini-blaster summon, and 2nd or 3rd time for 2-3 more badges.
2) Regardless of which patron I choose, I like doing Mako's 3rd arc via Pillar to get a Bane Spider summon
3) Who Will Die 2 gives you a 3-use (IIRC) Numina's Grace (full heal self + pets) if you choose the right option (hint, think like a villain)
And 4, if I'm a rogue, I make sure not to miss Schorr's arc for 3 very useful summons.

Sgt. Schorr is an great contact to run. The missions are fun and the targets are colorful. The summons rewards are nice. I wish there was a completion badge, but we can't have everything I suppose.

One very minor thing you may want to mention is that you need to at least start Mr. Rodney's missions before doing a Dr. Aeon SF, or he'll completely disappear from the world.  The only way you'd be able to do the cape and aura missions then would be via Ouroboros Flashback.
