What do you guys think? My current build can solo +4/x8 and this should be able to, as well, at least in paper. Over Softcap without powerbost, over incarnate softcap with it. S/L rescap as well. Chrono-Shift is 2s away from being perma

 

No Alpha in the build, if end is not a problem, I will go with Musculature. 

 

The build is aimed at soloing (Time/ is already godsend in groups just by being /Time), so I'm mostly looking at how to increase damage while keeping defenses

 

Hover (I love hoverblasting) and Invis (that why SS is there) are my only requirements.

Have to assume you run ageless, 1 attack chain and your gonna be winded. You skipped your best single target attack in blazing bolt. Soul drain has some serious downtime, i'm pretty sure you can get more recharge into the build. If you scroll down a bit there's another that build that soloed the itf although looking at it i see that also skipped blazing. I much prefer the corr version and i think dark mastery is the better option it'll get perma soul drain with a bigger radius and dark consumption helps out an end heavy toon. On my fender i'm pretty sure i skipped fighting pool it didn't feel necessary, playing in melee TJ hits everything and thats basically a huge defence bump. Taking ss and fly usually means giving up something really good. If your already soloing at +4/8 though its hard to see what can be improved. My advice, just scroll down a bit there's at least 4-5 other builds i've seen lately, maybe they'll give you some idea's.
