Missing SF reward, not sure if my ticket got logged.

I just finished Barracuda SF on Torchbearer. I left teh mission and quit AFTER the last one was complete..but got no merits/incarnate reward choices.

Global is @MisterD, toon is Legiao.

I sent a ticket, but there is no email confirmation (which seems odd..why ask if there isnt even an auto reply).

Can anything be done to give me the rewards, please?
