Strange Animations

Hey folks i respecced Super strength earlier today and encountered a strang bug.  Basically my collision animation on hand clap and foot stomp appear next to the right shoulder of my character. It only happens on this specific character. Ive tested with multiple costumes and also on the ground and in the air. Here are some pics. ive verified files, rebooted, relogged multiple times. Also i do not use any 3rd party apps like vidiot maps or whatever.

Greetings upon further testing i've determined that toggling on shield related powers seem to be the culprit.......can anyone else test and confirm?
