Build Request Elec Melee / Ice Armor Scrapper

Does anyone have a build or tried it?

No build for it, but fundamentally it should be a solid choice as you'll build for your typed defenses, and slowing the movement/recharge of mobs while sapping them.

 

Elec melee is a little meh on a scrapper though, I personally think it works better on a tanker or a stalker as on the tanker.
