Rad/fire farmer

Hey guys, I'm looking at building a very proc/debuff recharge heavy rade/fire brute to either make into a main or follow farmer and was wondering if anyone had any builds that are along the lines im looking for would be very appreciated wouldnt really be using many powers more just there as an afk debuffer/ proc bot but open to making it a main farmer

I guess the mids links in the farm fresh builds post are from an older version and doesn't work when I click on them.  I can usually get around this by copying the link text that's normally at the bottom but these don't seem to have that.  Anyone know how I can access these builds in mids current version?

Other than digging up an older version of Mids, I have no suggestions.  He's neither Rad/Fire nor inexpensive, but I'll share my Spines/Fire farming build, here:
