Best build for a Street Justice / Willpower stalker???

Hi all.

I'm trying to find the best (or at least a VERY good) build for my Street Justice / Willpower stalker for when I get him to lvl 50.

I think he will mostly be on teams/leagues, but have to hold his own in a fight.

Any thoughts of how I should build him? Any help would be appresiated.
