Does burn out help with nature buffs?  I’ve had overlap in teams and seems like they don’t stack if multiples from same person. A lot was going on at the moment so unsure.

Don't waste your time.  
You don't need it anyway. 
Absorbs have a cap, so no  big deal.

you'll see that the powers that would be most helped by Burnout (Wild Growth, Overgrowth) are flagged as "Stacking Per Caster" " Replaces existing effect".  What this means is that if you did use burnout then immediately cast those powers again, you'd see no benefit.

 

Burnout is a very niche power with very few super-useful applications, Nature isn't one of those.
