Add Dark Astoria to the zones that you can trick or treat.

Pretty much what the title say. Dark Astoria would be a good place for trick or treating.

 

At least in atmosphere it's the most fitting.

Incarnate. So, we have another level 50 zone.

I say that they have the Halloween mobs just wandering around and occasionally they just disappear as if summoned to another zone.  (tech note: Not when in combat)
