Random Axis Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 Dragging items to the auction house causes that window popup to select how many, but it always assumes I only want to do a single item. Why? It would be far more convenient if it assumed I wanted to transfer the maximum amount since that's what I want 99.99% of the time. And to head off the people about to comment that it remembers the last value so no change needed, I'm not just talking about moving a gross of enhancement converters. I'm talking about throwing salvage up there where I either need to fiddle with the slider over and over, or make multiple passes to get all the stacks of 7, then all the stacks of 6, then of 5, etc. etc. I want to drag my stack, have the game say "you're moving all of them, boss?", and I say "Sure do!" as I click OK. 3
srmalloy Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 Some time ago, I put up a suggestion to have a 'vend all' option for stacks that would dump a whole stack into the AH, parceling it out into blocks of ten as necessary (greatly shortening things like dumping 100 merits worth of convertors into the AH), and the general upshot was 'you can already drag stacks of 10, it's not worth the HC staff's time to do something like this when there's so much else that needs fixing' .
Grouchybeast Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 As a work-round, you can sort the salvage window by stack size in descending order. Then you can start at the top of the window with the largest stacks and just drag and drop. No need to change the amount slider or scroll up and down. Reunion player, ex-Defiant. TheZag Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 When the select amount pops up, hit a number on your keyboard. It places that number behind the 1. Pressing 2 would make it 12, press 9 to make 19. Obviously you cant post more than 10 so it defaults you to the max. Its the fastest way i know of to post full stacks.
Rudra Posted October 21, 2022 Posted October 21, 2022 I did not know that! Thanks! (Now I just have to remember it for next time....)
