Issue with Widow (and presumably Spider) levelling

I have a hard time beliveing I'm the first to run into this, but I haven't found another report. I have a level 22 widow that is needing to level up after the Oct 18 change, and it looks like it may have caused an issue with widow levelling. Before the change, at level 24 a widow would get to choose her focus - now, it is available at 22 (maybe earlier). That isn't a problem. The issue is that Fortunatas keep getting more options as Widow powers are chosen, and Night Widows are not. Night Widows are behaving correctly - choosing a Widow power should open up the next Widow power, but it should not open up a Fortunata or Night Widow power. Moreover, it appears that the Night Widow power of Build Up is not able to be selected at all. 

 

Please let me know if you'd like me to send screen shots. I'm happy to do a respec and screen shot after each level to show what I am seeing.

That's odd! As of writing this, my Widow just respected at 24. I didn't check the option to level to see if it appeared at 22 though, as I was ToTing until I hit the level 24 respec.

For the Build up not being available, are you sure you don't have Follow up already selected? You can only have one or the other.
