Thugs Enforcers maneuver buff loses defense improvements on zone change

If you have for example agility alpha that increases enforcers maneuvers defense numbers, the increase is lost after zoning. Only fix is to re-summon so the defense buffs are correctly applied again. I think this bug is due to how the upgrades were semi-recently?! bugfixed/coded for thugs with map changes (sometimes they don't look like upgraded versions which i thought is just a cosmetic issue but i feel like that is causing the issue with their maneuver buff).
I haven't tested yet but i think this bug also affects destiny clarion radial for example or anything that improves pets buffs.

 

Losing over 4% defense because of this bug is kind of a big deal for pets.
