I'm trying to put together a build using AR and Atomic Manip. Going to try to use AR semi melee so I can use the toggle goodies of Atom. I looked at other blaster sets and nothing that has much control (KD) as AR.

 

Put together a build just to get me to the S/L def cap. Can you guys look it over and let me know any improvements I can do and maintain my defense?

Your better going DP for the shorter range and the PBAOE Hail of bullets. Your full auto is a cone and is less effective at close range.

 

Go for Melee defense cap and it will get you smash and lethal at cap as well. many mob use that damage type
