Numina’s Convenience vanished multiple times

Hello, I wanted to report a bug with slotting Numina’s Convenience. Yesterday, June 10, 2019 I slotted a Heal/absorb in my Health that has two slots.  It disappeared the next day June 11, 2019. I bought a new one on the auction house and when I clicked “Get” it vanished. That’s two of them that have vanished.

Have you changed builds? Have you checked ALL of your enhancement pages? Did you accidentally buy the recipe instead? Do you have the delete enhancement prompt disabled? (Right clicking and pressing 'd' is the shortcut to delete, which usually pops up the prompt unless disabled)
