Dark Astoria mission arcs should respect the AV on flag

I have run into this with multiple toons running through the otherwise excellent DA arc.

 

Multiple end bosses will be EB, even at 4x8 with AVs turned on explicitly.

 

This must be hard coded into the mob definitions. Please, allow them to be AVs if the flag is turned on.

Not all arc end opponents are actually AVs. If a mob is designed as an elite boss, then the mob is an elite boss. And as short as those arcs are and where they combined lead to, I'm fine with how some of the end bosses are designed to be elite bosses. It makes sense. (Edit: Except for the Mother Keres. Keres are elite bosses. The Mother Keres really should have been an AV.)
