Ramen could be the name of his faction: Domingator and the Ra-men. Ra is the egyptian sun god... Ra is depicted like this: Bird heads! The CC has the capacity for these, but not Gators. But that won't stop some of them from bullying and harassing people, because some of them love to do it. It's who they are. There is a group of them that have banded together to do it.
