BlueValkyrie Posted June 16 Share Posted June 16 When running an Savage Melee Tank I've noticed the Blood Frenzy passive is supposed to provide a damage bonus per stack and a an endurance discount per stack. The endurance discount is applying normally but the damage bonus isn't.
