Is there a working Hero Designer?

I tried Mids version 3.5.5.7 from loadedcamel, but looks very old. No Sentinel AT, no Blaster Ninjitsu, etc. Errors on start. I have the old Mid's Reborn on my older PC. Is that going to be it?

Try reinstalling it cause Mids is up-to-date. The correct database version is 2023.5.522.
